I waited for a month to review this product and wanted to say I am very happy with it. Very comfortable, firm, but yet soft enough for comfort. No lumps or bulges and I weigh 230 lbs. No unexpected problems with set up. All went well. Seems just a
tad W X L than the mattress and that could be improved upon. I would buy this same product again.
Turned my old mattress into a wonderful new mattress.
It had a removable cover and gel infusion (for heat dissipation) as well as holes throughout the topper. These facts plus the density were higher than most others I was looking at so I took the plunge.
After using the topper I can honestly say that it did not get hot, is comfortable and the density is perfect.
This topper significantly improves the comfort level of a mattress that’s close to retirement.
Great product just not for me.
This mattress topper is perfect for my husband who is hard to please when it comes to mattresses but it is a bit too firm for me. I would prefer something a little softer. I wouldn't say this is a bad product at all. I just wish it came with an option of firmness.
Too small for full size mattress
Now, this topper is on my bed and it never grew to be normal full-size dimensions. It is at least an inch or two short on each side.
The pillow texture was fine, there was enough support in the back for a comfortable back laying experience, nothing wrong with the usage so far.

I have tried several different memory foam pillows recently and found this one to be the most comfortable. While the others were a little too high, this one was just the perfect height for me - not too tall, but not flat at the same time. The cover material is really nice and comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I am really happy with it, we'll see how the pillow and especially the cover lasts. I hope the manufacturers provided and extra cover since they are washable.
Good pain killer when sleeping
I have been suffering from back pain for a long time while sleeping because the mattress is too soft. At some point, I decided to buy this gel mattress topper and it really works. It provides firm back support and I can now have a good night's sleep.
This thing is the perfect fit, not too thick, firm, but not too dense and the cover makes it quite comfortable as well as the corner straps really help keep it in place. Of course it wasn't cheap, but I don't mind paying for great quality/service. Out of the box it did take a bit of time (as mentioned) to fully expand and I didn't notice any sort of odd smell as seems to be the case with this type of product. The recliner was quite awesome when it was new and now it's even better than that, so this thing is a permanent keeper!

For quite a while I was struggling to get to sleep on my spring mattress until I got this topper.
I woke up with some typical back pain probably because my back is shot but it was less than without the topper. All other pains I had being neck and shoulder pain went away. I sweat less on this topper than I did laying just on my mattress and woke up actually feeling refreshed and ready for the day even before having coffee compared to my once typical groggy, painful, and restless self.
After trying it out myself, I can say it’s WAYYYY too firm for me. Though this one does have holes & is breathable, it’s way too hard for me.
Just a regular mattress topper
The mattress topper is not firm to my expectations. I will keep it in case of emergency or camping because it can be rolled and made fit in the same box it came.

Bought this for my teen daughter who has a full-size MALM bed from IKEA. She has been complaining of her back hurting for a while and since IKEA mattresses are unique to IKEA beds I bought this MAXX topper to see if it would solve her problem. She LOVES it and her back pain is gone.
